Welcome,

Thank you for choosing me as your life coach. As a coach I will work as a partner and an advocate, helping you live out your own values and dreams for your life. You’ll be the one setting the agenda for our relationship and taking responsibility for making the changes. I’ll focus our conversations, helping you to go deeper, reach higher, and explore the strategies and support structures you need to succeed. Together we’ll create a customized, systematic plan and work to make your goals a reality.

Each time we meet, we’ll agree on the goal you want to work on, clarify expectations and create a plan of action you can start on immediately. In General, it takes 90 days to work on a Goal, you can meet with me once a week or every other week, the choice is yours. We usually meet for fifty minutes, my base rate is $150. I do offer a sliding scale also.
